the last storm we had beirut received over 100mm of rain and some places higher the lower mountains received over 150mm in most places and certain areas especially in the south near saida and sour and the high moutains received very high amounts i think over 200mm last monday which was the most stormy day for beirut we had an average of 1 thunderstorm every 30 min to 1h or a very heavy shower some patches of snow at 1700-1800m and some good amounts above 2000
