Hi Guys, Some of the updated maps show likely snow above 1200 meters and possible accumulations between 5cm and 10cm as the 850mb temp is likely to reach 0 if not -1... this means that the temperature at 1200 meters (Ajloun, Souf, will be close to 1.5 - 2 degrees centigrade above Zero! but this temp is still low enough for snow especially that the temperature of the accompanying air mass at higher altitudes is much colder. As for high points in Amman, It is currently showing the possibility of Sleet above 1000 meters (Sweileh etc..) but accumulative snow in Amman is not likely at the moment. Inshalla the updated models sways to the better. Beirut is likely to get flooding ! There is a very high risk of continuous days of heavy downpours! Salam shabab o shabat! Adnan
